1. "You Break It, You Get a Refund" Policy
If you wish to receive a refund without returning the product, you’ll need to break it yourself and provide video proof clearly showing it being damaged beyond use. Once we confirm the product is unusable, we will issue the refund. This ensures fairness and prevents misuse of our policy.
2. Orders Delayed Over 31 Days
If your order has been delayed for 31+ days with no shipping updates, we will issue a refund. In some cases, we may still ship the product as an apology, even after issuing the refund. Whether the order is canceled or shipped depends on the specifics of the delay (merchant, carrier, or customer-related).
3. Orders Placed Within 24 Hours
If your order was placed in the last 24 hours, you may qualify for a refund and cancellation, provided the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. If it has already been fulfilled, we may still be able to process the refund, but it’s not guaranteed.
4. Missing a Specific Game on the Stick
Orders are not eligible for a refund because a specific game is missing. Adding games to the stick is simple and takes just minutes using the SD card. All emulators and configurations are pre-set for easy installation, even for larger games.
5. Concerns About Site Legitimacy
If you believe the site isn’t legitimate, this does not qualify for a refund. If the concern stems from delays, we can partially or fully refund your shipping cost depending on the delay. Once you receive the product, you can either keep it or return it. If returned with all pieces intact and undamaged, we’ll issue a full refund. 6. Refunds for Non-Qualifying Reasons
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as not liking the product’s appearance, losing interest, or other subjective reasons. Exceptions apply only if the product is damaged or not functioning.
7. Missing Parts
If parts of your unit are missing, we will launch an investigation. Every order is documented with photos during the assembly process. We also communicate with carriers to determine if damage occurred in transit. If the issue is confirmed, a partial refund will be issued based on what’s missing. If there is no evidence for your case the item will need to be shipped back to us and once we confirm that is was missing something we will reship it to you with what is needed.
8. Non-Functioning Parts
If a part of your unit isn’t working, we require video proof of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a partial refund based on the product's cost.
9. Orders With Tracking Numbers
If your order has a tracking number, it is likely in transit or about to ship. Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed due to carriers not scanning the package at dropoff or other factors. Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed unless the order is delayed over 31 days or was recently placed but not fulfilled.
